Terms and Conditions: Super 7 Referral Program
Eligibility
You must be a current, paid-in-full Lednor Home Solutions customer (purchased from us) to be eligible for this program, within the current service territory the company covers. Lednor Home Solutions has the final say on whether a person qualifies as a new referral. For example, if the referred person’s name and address are already in our customer database, they will not be considered a new referral. The referral must be newly entered into our system as your referral prior to any initial contact by our company. The referral must also meet with us within 30 days of being referred to qualify.
Qualification Criteria
A referred person is only considered a new customer after they have purchased and paid in full for a project with a minimum purchase price of $2,500, within one year of being referred to us. If your referral completes a demo and receives a quote, you are eligible for the $25 demo award. However, if they do not purchase and install at least $2,500 worth of gutter protection, a full roof replacement system or a new retractable shade or awning unit they will not count toward the seven referral tiers. Storm damage, insurance-based installations or awning or shade re-covers do not qualify for the referral tiers.
A gutter protection job is defined as the installation of a new gutter protection or gutter guard product on a new or existing gutter that did not previously have one of our products installed. A full replacement roofing job is defined as the replacement of the entire existing roof system on a home, including any attached structures. Detached structures and partial roof installations are not eligible for the referral tiers. A new retractable shade or awning unit is defined as the installation of a brand-new awning or shade unit on the main housing structure and/or a detached porch or patio structure.
If a referral’s purchase meets the product eligibility but does not meet the $2,500 minimum, the referral fee will be calculated as 5.5% of the total qualifying sale amount. A referee’s 10% discount off the total purchase price cannot be combined with any other sales promotions or discounts.
Referral Payment Terms
Referral payments will be made in the form of a gift card via our preferred partner. Referrers will have the option to select either a Visa cash card or a gift card from other participating retailers of their choice.
Conflicts in Referrals
If two or more people refer the same new customer at the same time, Lednor Home Solutions will determine who receives credit for the referral. Only one referral per address is allowed. If we suspect that referrals are not being submitted in good faith, we reserve the right to disqualify those referrals, including the $25 demo award. Customers cannot refer themselves or the same address twice. Referrals for commercial properties, condo co-ops, or similar complexes are not eligible.
Disqualifications and Exclusions
You are not eligible for the $25 demo award if you refer yourself. Past orders and product purchases outside of gutter protection and full replacement roofing systems are excluded. The Super 7 referral program cannot be combined with other referral programs offered by Lednor Home Solutions for different product lines.
The following products and lead sources are excluded from this referral program: gutter or downspout replacement, fascia or soffit replacement, and manufacturer box store kiosk sales.
Tax Responsibilities and Payment Terms
Liability for any federal, state, or local taxes that may apply to referral fees is your responsibility. Any required tax reporting forms will be submitted to the IRS. Referral entries that are lost, late, illegible, or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. Lednor Home Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without notice and to disqualify any entry in good faith.
Payment Deduction Options
Lednor Home Solutions may apply referral fees or awards toward any outstanding balance under a retail installment contract you may have entered into with the company. The $25 demo award can also be deducted from the total purchase price of your most recent Lednor Home Solutions installation, provided the referral’s demo was completed to qualify for the deduction. All payments and monies due for installation projects remain subject to the terms of the contract.
Reset Policy for Referral Tiers
If you are a previous customer and have referred multiple people under a previous program, you will begin at Tier 2 in this new referral program and be eligible for payouts from Tier 2 through Tier 7. After reaching Tier 7 and receiving all payouts, you will reset to Tier 1 starting with your eighth referral.

Lednor Home Solutions reserves the right to verify referral and referee information. By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and conditions and consent to the disclosure of referral-related information for verification purposes.
