Manufacturer & Labor Warranty Information
At Lednor Home Solutions, we believe every homeowner should have the opportunity to understand their warranty coverage before making a purchase. We encourage all customers to review the applicable manufacturer and LEDNOR warranties prior to signing an agreement. Printed copies are available upon request, and your Sales Consultant will be happy to answer any questions regarding warranty coverage.
Please note that manufacturer warranties and LEDNOR labor warranties are separate and independent unless expressly stated otherwise in your written agreement.
LEDNOR Labor Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in your written agreement, Lednor Corporation d/b/a Lednor Home Solutions warrants its installation labor for a period of one (1) year from the date of completed installation.
During this one-year period, LEDNOR warrants that all installation work will be performed in a neat, substantial, and workmanlike manner consistent with standard industry practices. This warranty applies only to LEDNOR’s installation labor and does not extend to manufacturer-supplied products or materials, which are covered solely by their respective manufacturer warranties.
Warranty claims must be submitted to LEDNOR in writing within thirty (30) days after discovery of the claimed condition. This warranty is valid only after payment has been made in full in accordance with the applicable contract. Service or dispatch charges may apply to warranty-related service requests made after the one-year labor warranty period.
