The Lednor Home Solutions Home Makeover Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Lednor Corporation d/b/a Lednor Home Solutions (“Sponsor”), located at 210 Najoles Rd, Millersville, Maryland 21108.
- PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
- ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, and Missouri who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry and who own and occupy the residential property submitted with the entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotional agencies, fulfillment partners, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or persons living in the same household of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win.
Void outside the eligible states and where prohibited by law.
- HOW TO ENTER
Eligible entrants may enter the Promotion using one of the following methods during the Promotion Period:
(a) Completing and submitting an official entry form where available;
(b) Submitting an online entry through Sponsor’s designated sweepstakes webpage located at:

(c) Mailing a handwritten 3” x 5” card containing the entrant’s full name, address, telephone number, and email address (if available), along with the words “HOME MAKEOVER SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY,” to:

Limit one (1) entry per household during the Promotion Period. Duplicate or automated entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
No purchase, payment, sales presentation, or in-home consultation is required to enter or win. Requesting information about Sponsor’s products or services is entirely optional and does not increase the odds of winning.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, delayed, or damaged entries.
- RANDOM DRAWING / ODDS
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The random drawing will occur on or about January 15, 2027.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
- WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winner notification will be made by telephone, email, and/or mail using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
Sponsor may attempt to contact the potential winner up to three (3) times over a seven (7) business day period. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is found ineligible, fails to execute required documents, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.
Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity, proof of residency, and proof of home ownership before awarding the prize.
- GRAND PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of up to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00 USD) in Sponsor-provided products and/or installation services available through Sponsor at the time of redemption.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.00 USD.
Eligible products and services may include, without limitation:
• Gutter protection systems
• Gutters and downspouts
• Roofing products and services
• Retractable awnings and shade systems
• Other qualifying exterior home improvement products offered by Sponsor
Prize includes standard labor and material costs only.
If the winner has previously entered into a written contract with Sponsor for qualifying products or services prior to the drawing date, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, permit the winner to receive either:
(a) the Grand Prize described above; or
(b) a credit equal to two (2) times the value of the prior written agreement, up to a maximum benefit of $5,000.00.
Any costs exceeding the stated prize value shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
The winner’s residence must be located within Sponsor’s active service area and suitable for installation as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Prize installation is subject to:
• product availability
• weather conditions
• permit approvals
• local building code requirements
• homeowner association restrictions
• scheduling availability
• site accessibility and safety considerations
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute comparable products or services of equal or greater value if necessary.
The winner is solely responsible for any required repairs, remediation, electrical upgrades, structural work, mold remediation, code corrections, or permit costs not specifically included within the prize.
Prize installation must be scheduled within thirty (30) days following winner verification and completed within six (6) months thereafter unless otherwise approved by Sponsor.
Acceptance of the prize may require execution of Sponsor’s standard installation agreement or related documents where required by law.
- TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.
Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other applicable tax documentation based upon the fair market value of the prize awarded.
- PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor and its affiliates to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, state, voice, photographs, and statements for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed without additional compensation or notice.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, advertising agencies, promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, injury, or expense arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
- DISPUTES / ARBITRATION
Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) pursuant to its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration shall occur in the entrant’s state of residence unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to any conflict-of-law principles.
